1 Fill the sink or bathtub with enough cold water to completely immerse the beaded dress. Add mild laundry detergent according to the manufacturer's instructions as the sink or bathtub is filling.

2 Lower the polyester dress in soapy water. Gently lift up and down in the water to loosen dirt or stains from the fabric. Rub stains and dirty stains with your fingers to remove them.

3 Empty the sink or bathtub of dirty water and refill with clean, cold water. Swish with the dressing gown in the cold water to remove any soap residue.

4 Empty the sink or bathtub and press the dress against the sides of the bathtub to remove excess water.

5 Place a large absorbent towel. Place the molded dress on the towel and roll it up, exerting slight pressure to squeeze out the water.

6 Stretch the towel and put the dressing gown completely in dry air.

Ingredients: For 10 units

Oat flakes: 85 g
Peeled carrot: 125 g
Ground almonds: 80 g
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Chemical yeast 1 teaspoon
Egg: 1
Egg white: 1
Agave syrup: 20 g
Vanilla Essence 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

How to make oatmeal and carrot cookies


Grated the peeled and cleaned carrot with a fine grater. Place it in a bowl together with the rolled oats, ground almonds, ground cinnamon and chemical yeast. We mix well. We add the egg, the agave syrup and the vanilla essence. Mix again until homogenized.

Next we beat the egg white to the point of snow. We incorporate it into the previous mixture little by little and stirring with enveloping movements. We take portions of the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, crushing lightly. Cook in the oven at 200ÂșC, with heat up and down, for 15 minutes. Let cool on a rack before consuming.
